FAICEMASQ is the manifestation of years of creative exploration around a theme I became deeply fascinated with: masks.

It began near the end of the pandemic, when the widespread use of face coverings left a strong impression. While masks provided protection, they also created division—muting expression and distancing our emotional connection with others.

FAICEMASQ flips that association. It transforms fear, silence, and restriction into a celebration of self—through a bold, creative, and fashion-forward lens that showcases an imaginative spirit at play.

This project also coincided with the emergence of generative AI tools, unlocking new levels of visual fidelity and style—elevating the creative output in ways never before possible.

But one thing is certain: this collection wasn’t the result of AI doing all the work. In reality, it took countless hours of experimentation, refinement, and hands-on direction—with manual adjustments made across every image, theme, and layout—to bring my original vision to life.

The result is the FAICEMASQ book: featuring over 1,300 images across 270+ pages—curated from over 30,000—organized within 100+ creative themes that is guaranteed to spark curiosity and wonder with every turn of the page. Throughout the book, I also share additional perspectives, thoughts and show examples of how generative tools have evolved across the life of the project.

Beyond the signature book, the collection includes a 52+ page companion volume FAICEMASQ PROFILES, a custom-designed deck of playing cards, and various bold, large-format posters that bring the imagery to life in beautiful, impactful ways.
